These are terms of service of RICODAVEY's commissions.When You complete the ordering process (providing all details and paying), You AUTOMATICALLY AGREE to all of the rules listed below.
★P A Y M E N T★
- I normally accept upfront payments, but I can wait up to a week or two if You can't pay straight away,
- I can do payment plans for commissions that are $100+, we can discuss it together :]
- I only accept payments through PayPal or BLIK,★T I M E★
- The time required to finish a commission can vary greatly. It can take a few days, weeks, months, and so on, due to various reasons in my private life. Please keep that in mind and be patient.
I do not like being rushed, but You're welcome to ask questions about the status of Your commission / present any changes You'd like me to implement before I move on from the sketch phase.★WHAT AM I OKAY WITH DRAWING?/NSFW COMMISSIONS★
-I can draw pretty much anything besides fetish and NSFW art.
Slightly suggestive art (expression/pose) is okay, but I don't feel comfortable drawing genitals or explicit scenes.There still might be things I'm not comfortable with drawing, such as some character designs or commission ideas, but I will communicate clearly if that's the case with Your commission.★R E F U N D S★
-I DO NOT DO REFUNDS. I currently do not have a job and I usually open commissions when I need money, so I cannot afford to do refunds. Please always make sure that You're 100% sure You're interested in the commission before ordering.★EXTRA CHARACTER(S)★
- For each additional character on one artwork, You have to pay +80% of the original price (I will tell You the exact price :^]).★COMPLEX DESIGN/PROPS★
-Sometimes I can charge extra due to Your character's design being very complex, such as having lots of accessories, patterns, extra body parts, giant wings, etc.
I also charge extra for characters with bigger or detailed props, as they also take more time to draw.
I will immediately notify You if that;ll b the case with your character, so don't worry about getting charged extra out of nowhere later.★PUBLISHING★
I publish most of my commissions, but I also work with private commissions. Please let me know beforehand if you don't want me to publish your commission anywhere.★REPOSTING★
You are allowed to do anything you wish with my commissions, such as reposting it on your account, putting it on a t-shirt, printing for personal use, etc.
